When you send us photographs, x-rays and/or scans of your teeth and other studies, we can prepare an approximate quote for your dental treatment.

Is there a deposit to secure my dental appointment?
After making a virtual appointment with the dental team, and having defined the approximate cost of the treatment, 30% of the cost of the treatment must be deposited to guarantee the treatment.
Are the procedures painful?
Any dental procedure that may cause pain or discomfort is performed using local anesthesia, conscious sedation, or general anesthesia. To ensure a pain-free recovery, medications are prescribed for home use based on the complexity of the procedure.
How to arrange a virtual consultation and expedite the scheduling of my treatment?
You can book an appointment through email, our website, or WhatsApp on our phone line. Appointments are scheduled as soon as possible based on available times.
What types of procedures are offered at the clinic?
We offer a wide range of dental procedures, including promotional and preventive care, deep dental cleanings, light-cured sealants, restorative treatments, dental implants of medium and high complexity, zirconium implants, individual crowns and fixed prostheses on implants, zygomatic implants (performed in an operating room under general anesthesia), bone and soft tissue grafts, invisible aesthetic orthodontics with aligners, conventional orthodontics with traditional and self-ligating brackets, endodontic treatments, endodontic microsurgery, smile design with resin and ceramic veneers, immediate in-office and at-home teeth whitening, metal-free ceramic crowns and inlays, pain management and treatment for temporomandibular joint dysfunction, night guards, bruxism guards, and total and partial removable prostheses in acrylic and nylon fiber.

Will someone from the office pick me up from the airport?
We have staff that will pick you up at the airport and take you to your hotel, and they will also take you back to the airport on your departure day.
What are they payment methods accepted by the clinic?
We receive payments in cash, all credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers.
How do I book an appointment for treatment?

Does the dental office staff speak English?
Yes.We have a translator who can intervene in the conversations and clarify doubts.
How long will I need to remain in the city for my dental procedures?
The time needed to perform dental treatment depends on the type of treatment to be performed, treatments that do not require laboratory work such as hygiene, rinsing, surgery with composites, endodontics, minor surgeries, may require two to five days of stay at least; more complex treatments such as implant surgeries, ceramic crowns, veneers, smile designs, may require between 7 to 14 days, each case is particular and will require a specific time that is different from that of another patient.
When will I know the total cost of my dental treatment?
Once an appointment is made directly at the dental clinic and the patient's mouth is clinically reviewed by combining the review of diagnostic aids (X-rays, CT scans, photographs, scans, etc.) the total cost of the treatment can be established.
